The original list was compiled and verified by Svetlana. Every time I stay in Tver overnight one of the landlords falls a victim of my inquisitiveness.

Short-term apartment rental

???? Kaposhvara Square, the city's transportation hub, with streetcars going in all four directions and no traffic light. The rumour that several attempts by the authorities to regulate traffic at Kaposhvara either by installing lights or assigning a traffic cop resulted in a sharp rise in accidents. So the place was left alone. Come to think of it, I don't recall ever seeing an accident there. The price is $14/night. This landlord also has an apartment in Zavolzhye, on the other (east, or left if facing downstream) side of the Volga river at $4/hour. Tel.: 50-47-30
