Experimenting with non-fattening oil-free cooking

I’m correcting my ways. Guess it’s obvious from the picture why. Here is a prototype of a new light dish that does not utilize gallons of heavy olive or sesame seed oil

Mulberry Extra Long Grain Basmati ride from Indian Spices (link to My Moscow).  Miscellaneious vegetables, with zucchini defining the theme.

Tested on Alexandra (see featured associates) who found it edible despite unusually low fat and oil. Less than one tablespoon of ghee!

I anticipate I’ll be asked where I got ghee. In this particular case in the 24 hour store at the beginning of Bolshaya Ordynka. But it is one of these things that pop up and disappear without any pattern I was able to discern.
